Berry forward with notes of juicy cherry and blackberry. The finish has hints of fresh herbs that balances the dry fruitiness beautifully. Can be chilled, doesn't need to be. Can be paired with easy Italian fare like pizza and pasta... but again doesn't need to be. 

Fermented on skins in stainless Steel for 10 days, maturation for 4 months in 34 hectoliter neutral French Oak casks.
