Antonio Camillo Tutti I Giorni Bianco Toscana 2020 (1L)

This is an orange wine.  It is a reference to the fact that this wine is fermented with skin contact and not a direct reference to the color.  The exact hue may vary from fairly pale to a deep amber.

 Amazing depth and body to this delicious citrusy wine. Whisps of oxidation and salinity give way to refeshing acidity and a light tannic structure.

A blend of 80% Trebbiano, 10% Ansonica  and 10%, Malvasia aged on the skins for 6 days.

Antonio has a dedicated love for a native Tuscan varieties; in particular, Ciliegiolo, a variety that today represents the flagship of Antonio’s small annual production and the wine he is potentially most known for. Antonio farms a total of approximately 9 hectares, which are all located not far from Capalbio. The vineyards are mainly planted with old vines, aged between 40 and 50 years. The varieties that are grown are Ciliegiolo, flanked by a small percentage of Vermentino and Sangiovese.
