The Billecart-Salmon Le Blanc de Blancs reveals an ultra-delicate effervescence with a rich mousse and lively, fine bubbles. A stunning luminous gold hue with sparkling green reflections. On the nose, a pure, mineral intensity with an uncommon typicity, releasing notes of brioche, fresh butter, and white flowers. A distinguished and subtle realm that delicately evolves with a remarkable finesse. The palate shows a creamy sensation with a chalky and meringue texture, associated with nuances of fresh almonds, citrus zest, and lemony notes. An exquisitely refined and persistent smoothness, finishing with a delicate touch of salinity.
An exceptional fermentation with a mineral, chalky style, perfectly complementing Osciètre caviar or select noble fish served as carpaccio or ceviche.
This cuvée, crafted from a blend of grand cru parcels, highlights the distinctive character of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. Its complexity, striking minerality, and notably chalky finish are particularly appreciated by a following of informed wine lovers.

The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is showing beautifully today, with aromas of confit citrus, pear, herbs, orchard fruits, pastry and brioche. Medium to full-bodied, it is round and supple with the delicate, bright tension that is the signature of Billecart-Salmon. Perfectly balanced and offering a vinous, toasty and elegantly long finish, it's based on the 2017 vintage with 23% from 2016. Vinified and matured in stainless steel, it spent five years on the lees in bottle before being disgorged with a dosage of 1.7 grams per liter. Anticipated Maturity: 2024-2040
Taut and mineral, this fine Blanc de Blancs Champagne brings out the crispness of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. Its croissant aroma suggests some bottle age, confirmed in the ripeness of the white fruits and acidity. Drink now. -R.V.
