On the nose it presents powerful aromas of aging, dominated by toasty tones well harmonized with aromas of nuts (hazelnuts).

Notes of smoke, coffee, yeast, pastry, ripe fruit (ripe Reinette apple), honey and something balsamic, with epireumatic nuances.

Elegant, lively, and well-structured on the palate. The flavors of long aging predominate, but the pleasant effervescence and gentle acidity make it slightly refreshing.

Pair with tuna tataki, Iberian ham, baked fish and seafood, rice dishes, pasta, meats and cured cheeses.
