This super cool natural red is 100% Arinarnoa which is currently thought to be a hybrid of Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon. Cerro Chapeau we have to hand it to you, nice job.

The whole bunches of Arinarnoa are kept in a closed tank for 10 days, then they are pressed and the alcoholic fermentation ends in a new stainless steel tank. Fermented with selected autochthonous yeasts. minimal intervention. SO2 only when bottling, without filtering, without clarifying.
