The Two Iron Cabernet Sauvignon opens with fruit-forward armoas of dark berry, black currant, dark cherry, pomegranate molasses and cranberry sauce, layered with notes of tobacco, dry sage, laurel and dark earth. The same flavor mix dominates the palate where the impression of bright fruit never flags and the plush tannins keep the wine silky smooth through the finish. It is ready to enjoy and built for steaks and the like.

Created for a private golf course in Florida, the Iron Series wines were created so anyone could enjoy the pleasure of swinging a driving iron with ease. This collection of wines includes varietals that are food friendly, delicious, and thankfully better to drink than to swing.

Cabernet Sauvignon is the king of red wines and the Napa Valley is world-famous for producing big, bold wines of outstanding character. Merlot was judiciously blended to produce a wine of structure, flavor and balance.

These beautiful grapes were hand-picked and sorted before gentle destemming and fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine was racked to small, French and American oak barrels to allow mellowing and complexity.
