The Domaine Bunan Mas de la Rouvière Bandol Rouge is primarily a Mourvèdre-based wine, blended with Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah to add fruit, aromatics, and spice. It is vinified using traditional methods with extended maceration to extract color and structure, then aged for about 18 months in large oak barrels or foudres, giving it depth, complexity, and polished tannins while preserving the vibrant Provençal character.
