A beautifully mature Southern Rhône showing both richness and refinement. The nose reveals ripe raspberry, plum, and blackcurrant layered with licorice, pepper, and incense, alongside subtle notes of leather, dried herbs, and warm spice.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and opulent yet balanced, offering flavors of dark berries, stewed red fruit, and sweet spice supported by rounded tannins and a supple texture.  Hints of earth, tobacco, and garrigue add savory complexity, reflecting its Rhône origins.

The finish is long, mellow, and spice-driven, with lingering notes of plum, pepper, and dried herbs, showing the harmony that comes with bottle age. 

95% Grenache, 5% Syrah

Hand-harvested with double selection. Whole-cluster fermentation depending on the vintage. Use of indigenous yeasts. Maceration for 2 to 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation in barrels or in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Aged for 18 months in oak casks, bottled without fining or filtration at 20 months. Kept in bottles for 12 months before release.
