This wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve and highlight the aromatic qualities of the grapes. The result is a fragrant, delicious wine that suggests passion fruit, golden pear, quince, gooseberry, grapefruit and characterful herbal tones. Expressive, long and balanced, this has the breadth to pair with lobster or pork.

AOC since 1936, this appellation of Center-Loire is one of the most prestigious in the world for these dry, fruity and mineral white wines. The Sauvignon Blanc grape variety has found a favorite land there to express all these flavors. You will find in our Pouilly-Fumé a great freshness, subtle aromas of citrus or white flowers and a touch of salinity characteristic of the great wines of Pouilly.

The Lasnier, Villatte and today Grebet families have followed one another on the Rabichattes estates for over 150 years. From an early production of bulk wines, the estate has been developing bottled wine since the mid-1950s. 

Recognized and rewarded many times, the quality of these wines has continued to improve over the years, to become a benchmark for Center Loire and Burgundy-Loire wines.
