The Fattoria Rodano Chianti Classico reveals strawberry and black cherry fruit intermixed with Mediterranean herb, earth and spice characteristics.
90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo and Colorino sourced from vineyards in Castellina in Chianti. Native yeast fermentation. 22 day maceration with remontage (pumping over) and delestage (racking and returning). Aged for 15 months in large Slovenian Botte.
