This is an orange wine. It is a reference to the fact that this wine is fermented with skin contact and not a direct reference to the color. The exact hue may vary from fairly pale to a deep amber.

The palate is lively, tense by an acidity that continues for a long time. It is subsequently coated with a dense, slightly tannic substance, marked by the orange peel. Aromas of apples and pears with hint of orange Orange blossom with pear and apple notes. Hint of peach and lychees. Subtle green tea like tannin structure.

Pair with meat or fish with sauces. Nice acidity on salty notes or fresh cheeses.

This orange wine is of unparalleled rarity: it represents a tiny part of the total production, This cuvée is the result of a short maceration on the skins (skin mecaration), giving it a lot of substance, concentration, aromas and even a tiny bit of tannins. This is why this bottle is reserved for the initiated. To avoid spoiling anything, the use of sulfur is drastically limited because the estate offers the most natural wines possible.

40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 30% Marsanne. Skin contact for 2 weeks, aging on fine lees for 3 months in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
