On the nose, expect green apple, lemon and pear, with delicate floral notes and a faint mineral nuance. The palate is light-bodied, juicy and lively, driven by bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
Would work particularly well with seafood, sushi, poultry and lightly spicy Asian dishes.
Trocken means dry, so this is intended to be a drier style rather than a noticeably sweet Riesling.
