The grapes are picked in the early morning and pressed right away. They are then cold fermented in a stainless steel tank with a temperature control system. They use natural yeasts for the fermentation process.
In Provence, the high altitude brings a special touch to the wines, making them fruity, rich, and well-balanced. Château Grand Boise is known for its refreshing taste. The vineyards mainly stretch across north-facing slopes with limestone, clay, and pink marble soils. To keep this delicate balance, both the vines and wines are Certified organic.
