The Le Rabault Sancerre Rouge appears a light ruby color in the glass. The nose is expressive, mixing the fruitiness of cherry and strawberry with floral and rose aromas. The palate is balanced with notes of kirsch. Firm, with fine and silky tannins underpinned by a beautiful freshness. The finish is long and precise.
Ideal with a roasted breast of duck with cherries, a nut crusted rack of lamb or a flank steak with shallots.
