This is not your father’s Retsina. Kechribari Retsina is a modern, fresh, and vibrant Retsina. Yellow-green color, a smooth taste of fresh white fruits and spearmint in combination with an elegant hint of resin, all balanced on the palate, emerges smoothly and lingers on the finish. Aromas of summer Mediterranean fruits backed by vivid herbal notes reminiscent of mastic, pine and thyme. Intensely aromatic, balanced and refreshing, this wine offers the taste of Greek summer.

Served at 8-10°C with all the typical flavours of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine: dishes rich in olive oil, traditional Greek olive-oil-based dishes, pan-fried, grilled or rotisserie-roasted meat, picarels, anchovies and feta cheese served with olive oil and oregano.

Classic white wine vinification in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control, with the addition of controlled quantities of high-quality fresh resin during fermentation.
