Fresh, fragrant, and alive with the character of northeastern Italy's signature white. This Ribolla Gialla sees minimal skin contact before fermentation in temperature-controlled steel, a technique that captures the variety's crisp, mineral-driven nature. Straw-gold in color, it opens with pear, apple, and bread crust aromas, leading to a clean, balanced palate with savory notes and a precise finish.  Perfect with raw seafood and shellfish.

This wine is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla, an indigenous white grape variety from Friuli. Following maceration for at least one day, the wine is then fermented in stainless steel after which it rests on the lees for 3 months.

Airy and fresh, the 2024 Ribolla Gialla wafts up with an array of dusty dried flowers, savory herbs and crushed nectarines. It is soothingly round with a saline tinge up front as a tropical fruit flourish gives way to an air of mint. Juicy acidity provides excellent balance as this tapers off with a mineral inflection and a hint of green melon. A total pleasure to taste.
