The Ruhlmann Cremant d'Alsace Brut appears a pale, clear yellow color in the glass with fine bubbles. The nose reveals fine, subtle aromas, blending with floral and fruity notes of white peaches and apricots. An elegant, long–lasting sparkle of very fine bubbles characterize this Crémant; a positive attack, developing in the mouth a roundness full of flavor; peach once more, with hints of hazelnut.

The Crémant Brut Ruhlmann is a refined aperitif and an ideal cocktail wine. Its discreetly fruity freshness will also highlight gastronomic encounters throughout a meal, from foie gras to seafood, from poultry to desserts.

A blend of organically farmed Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois
