The Sordo Barolo Gabutti appears a garnet red color in the glass with ruby highlights, deep and bright to the eye. Nose: The bouquet features notes of ripe red fruit and mountain flowers, followed by resinous hints and sweet spices. Good sapidity and structure on the palate, firm but well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity, with a long and persistent finish.
Excellent with roasts, game and traditional Piedmontese meat based dishes.
