This profound, off-dry sparkling pear cider from Normandy comes from biodynamically farmed, 300-year-old trees. Very expressive aromatics and a gentle mousse. Its slight sweetness is perfectly balanced by high acidity; fresh and lively, it ends with a drying, almost tannic finish. It’s so delicious - as if you were eating a juicy ripe pear. It works brilliantly with goat cheese. Yum!
