Our Shipping Information

Pursuant to current legislation and licenses we have obtained, we can only ship to the following states: New York, California, Florida, and Washington DC.

Mister Wright Fine Wine & Spirits uses FedEx/UPS approved cardboard boxes for shipping orders and does not ship wood boxes or any extraneous packaging or other non-conforming boxes or packaging. 

Shipping orders will not be released if the temperatures are below 30 degrees or above 85 degrees fahrenheit.

The delivery dates estimated by FedEx assume same day release of the shipment, this may not be the case.  Frequently shipments will be released 1 or 2 business days after receipt of the order.
 
If a product is shipped to you, we contract with a third party carrier (generally FedEx) that will ship the product(s) that you have already purchased.  Ownership of any product that Mister Wright Fine Wine & Spirits sells changes hands at the time of purchase.  By requesting that your purchase be shipped to you, you are authorizing us to engage a common carrier to deliver your purchase on your behalf.  Mister Wright Fine Wine & Spirits is not responsible for any breakage or damage of your purchase by said third party carrier.
