Muromachi Description

This is a connoisseur's drink made by blending our pride and joy, plum wine, made by steeping locally grown Akaiwa green plums (Kojo plums) in sake made from Omachi rice for over a year, with "hime togarashi" peppers from Okutsu, Kagamino-cho, Okayama Prefecture. The plum wine's mellow sweetness, subtle acidity and tangy flavor are truly appetizing.
