La Guita En Rama Manzanilla Saca de Octubre 2021 (375ml)

The Manzanilla apears an intense straw yellow color with notes of old gold in the glass. The nose is fresh, delicate and very saline with floral and citric notes. The palate is smooth on entry, lightly structured with a fine minerality, intensely flavoured with good length.

The perfect wine for aperitifs or informal snacking, it is a magnificent accompaniment to ham, cheese, canned seafoods, patés... With main dishes it goes brilliantly with fish and shellfish and salty and acidic foods.

La Guita en Rama, the October 2021 saca, expresses all the quality and character of the Sanlúcar terroir and showcases the finesse of La Guita's finest soleras. It directly reflects the essence of La Guita, based on Palomino Fino grapes from Sanlúcar's coastal vineyards, primarily from the emblematic Pago de Miraflores. Selected for bottling directly from the cask, it does not undergo any clarification or stabilization treatment. The result: A unique, fresh, delicate, highly saline wine with floral notes.
