Luiz Perez Caberrubia Saca VIII (750ml)

The nose is fresh and unusually fruity for a sherry, thanks to sun-drying (asoleo) and limited flor influence. Notes of stewed apple, peach, soy, curry, and nuts, with light oxidative touches. Fuller and rounder than classic Finos, with bright fruit up front followed by the assertive character of Barajuela Albariza and flor.

100% Palomino Fino, blended from the 2013–2016 vintages of Fino Barajuela and aged for an average of 4.5 years. The grapes come from the Barajuela Albariza soils of the El Corregidor vineyard in Pago Carrascal.
