Capurro Quebranta Pisco (750ml)

Capurro Pisco Quebranta is a single-estate, single-grape varietal pisco from Peru. It's made from grapes that are closely related to California Mission grapes. The pisco is undiluted, unfiltered, and has no additives. 

Tasting notes ripe banana, hay, tea leaves, carrots, and marzipan. 
Production Hand-harvested grapes, Gently pressed once, Naturally fermented into wine, Copper pot distilled once to proof, and Resting and blending according to family tradition.
