Triple distilled eau-de-vie with fresh green aniseed. Best served as one third arak, two thirds water. Finally add the ice. Due to its palate cleansing qualities, arak is the ideal accompaniment with mezze dishes.

Chateau Ksara Description

Grape Varietals : Ugni Blanc. The grapes are first pressed then fermented between 15 and 20 days at low temperature. Ksarak is finally matured for 2 years in clay jars manufactured in Beit Chebab following ancestral norms.
