Fair Ginger Liqueur (700ml)

The Fair Ginger Liqueur appears a hay and straw color with a rich golden syrup consistency in the glass. The nose is unmistakably Ginger – a cloud of fresh natural ginger with a faint aura of zesty lemon swiftly entices the first sip. On the palate the initial flow of ginger syrup sweetness leads to a warm, fulfilling finish of great length.

The ginger roots from India and Sri Lanka are infused for two weeks in neutral alcohol. We then do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance.
