Hayman's Of London Old Tom Gin (750ml)

Based on an original family recipe, dating all the way back to the 1860s, our Old Tom Gin is the perfect foundation for a classic Tom Collins, Gin Fizz or Martinez.

If you’re looking for character, Old Tom is your gin:  bold, botanical and sweetly citrusy.

For a characterful Martinez, stir 40ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, 20ml sweet vermouth, three quarters of a teaspoon maraschino liqueur and 2 dashes orange bitters with ice.  Then strain into a coupe glass.
