Pelter Distillery Arak (700ml)

A delicate Israeli arak, with aromas of anise and flowers, characterized by deep and complex flavors.

Delicate Israeli Arak. produced from French Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, seasoned with star anise, fennel seeds, anise seeds, a hint of cinnamon. The Arak is distilled 4 times in an alembic still. Between each distillation, the botanicals are soaked for 24 hours. The distillation process is slow and preserves the fullness of the grape aroma.
