Bellissima Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and smooth with layered flavors and aromas. Intense ruby red. Herbal aroma with hints of red berries, currant and cinnamon. The taste is elegant, harmonious and fruity. The finish is herbaceous and full with soft tannins.

Pairs with pretzels, dark chocolate, pizza al pomodoro, and tomato based pasta recipes.

This is an unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon, with a fresh and harmonious structure, expressing layered flavors.

Our winemaking technique allows us to craft a wine with more fresh fruit flavors, such as those of small red fruits. The tannins are very soft and pleasant. Maceration on the skins for 8-10 days at a temperature between 23-26°C. The maturation takes place in a steel tank for at least 90 days.

We never add any sugar or sweeteners. Our secret is simple: clean, 100% organic grapes and a masterful winemaking process.
