Ruby red with violet highlights. Hints of delicate red fruits, cherries and plums. The taste is smooth, soft, and harmonious with soft tannins.

This Merlot is suitable for aging and will develop more complex notes over time.

Pairs very well with roasted vegetables, mushrooms, and red fruits. When paired with chocolate cakes, tarts, or pies with dark fruits, this Merlot is sure to steal hearts.

Maceration on the skins of the grapes for 8-10 days at a temperature between 23-26°C. The maturation takes place in a steel tank for at least 90 days.
