The Bisol Jeio Prosecco Rosé Brut appears pink in the glass like a “romantic dream,” delicate and brilliant with a very fine lively perlage. The nose is floral with the sweetness of rose and lily of the valley, along with a fresh citrus fragrance. The palate is soft and balanced, clean cut, distinct and elegantly penetrating.
