Blending an older and younger wine makes for a more exciting result. We have allowed ourselves certain freedoms when bottling Bonanza – being a non-vintage California-appellation Cabernet allows for greater consistency year to year.

The wine is produced from the “bonanza” of farmlands of the golden state – sites that are good for growing Cabernet.
