This Pinot Noir opens with aromas of cranberries, raspberries, cedar and star jasmine. The entry is silky and bright with hints of ripe strawberry and sandalwood. On the finish the tannins are soft with good length. Pair this Pinot Noir with ham steaks, grilled chicken breasts, or chateaubriand.
