The Cave Vinicole de Hunawihr Pinot Blanc appears a pale, clear yellow color in the glass with fine silvery reflections. The nose is frank and fresh. We detect fine floral notes as well as citrus notes such as lemon. The mouth is silky with a beautiful substance. The balance is well supported by the freshness and we find the lemony notes. The finish is long, it is a beautiful Pinot Blanc for gastronomy.
Located on beautiful, predominantly limestone terroirs in the communes of Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr, the Cave Vinicole de Hunawihr's philosophy is to vinify its production with the utmost respect for the richness and diversity of its terroirs. With harvests coming 100% from our vineyards, Anthony Bondon, our oenologist, produces a complete range of great Alsace wines recognized by the press worldwide.
Keeping in mind that wines are needed for every occasion, our oenologist has chosen to vinify the "Réserve" & "Cuvée Prestige" ranges based on fruit. He seeks the best expression of each of the Alsatian grape varieties through fresh and delicious wines.
