The Jacquart Mosaique Rose is fresh with lovely delicate fruity notes recalling yellow peach, raspberry and redcurrant along with floral notes reminiscent of elderflower. Lively and fruity with a juicy, fleshy edge of fresh fruits and raspberry. Great length with minerality and lovely crisp characters on the finish.

The grapes are grown on a mosaic of plots of vines extending to 350 hectares of vineyard. This is made up of more than 60 crus spread across the Côtes des Blancs, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côtes des Bar. When the grapes are fully ripe, they are picked carefully by hand and transported quickly in to the press.

33% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Noir including 16% red wine, 23% Pinot Meunier, including 25% to 35% of reserve wines.

Aged for at least 3 years on the lees in bottles.

This has an attractive, fresh, sliced-strawberry core with a wealth of zesty and composed berries. Honey aromas, too. The palate has a very composed, elegant yet delicately fleshy, strawberry core with a fine, acidity-etched finish.
