Beautiful ruby color. Complex nose of blackcurrant, raspberry, and licorice. On the palate, the wine presents a beautiful body combining freshness and roundness.
Pair with red meats, lamb chops, duck breasts and cheeses.
The local climate is influenced by both oceanic and Mediterranean influences, providing humidity in spring and warmth in summer and autumn. The vineyards extend along the right bank of the Tarn, on a succession of sandy-gravelly alluvial terraces.
30% Braucol, 30% Syrah, 20% Duras, 20% Merlot.
Malolactic fermentation and 6 months of ageing in stainless steel vats with racking every two months.
