This Rosé is the outcome of a strict polts’ selection and is the flagship of Château des Demoiselles. The wine offers the right balance between strength and elegance. The fine nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, peach and melon. The delicate and persistent mouth blends a harmonious marriage of aromas of vine peach and mandarin with a hint of menthol in the end.
A jewel of the domain, the cuvee Château des Demoiselles, produced in AOP Côtes de Provence, revealing a sophistication and finesse that révèle une finesse et une sophistication that will delight even the most demanding palates.
This pale pink Rosé is fresh and bright with lots of citrus aromas with some hints of stoniness in the background. Citrus flavors continues on the palate in the form of grapefruit giving it a lovely bitterness. Peach sneaks into the finish with nice salinity and pepperiness.
