Deep ruby red with flashes of purple. A nose of red fruit, quince and raspberry with a hint of menthol. Rich and round with a dense, velvety tannic structure, this is a wine full of charm. Diverging a little from the AOC Saint Estèphe stereotype, it is full, well-rounded and fragrant, agreeably taut on the finish, and without a hint of austerity. An iron fist in a velvet glove is the perfect definition of this Château Tour de Pez 2019.

64% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc
