Made from pure white Moscato grapes, with a sweet taste, the Asti D.O.C.G. wine is the expression of a territory which, due to unique characteristics that ensure the highest quality of the vineyards, has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
100% White Moscato, grown and harvested by hand at the end of August-beginning of September, in the Asti area (Canelli, UNESCO heritage territory).
Vinification using the charmat (“short charmat”) method. Stainless steel tank refermentation.
