The tannins are firm but well-integrated, leading to a long and satisfying finish.

The malolactic occurs in steel. 1 year aging in barriques and tonneaux not new, 1 year in the bottle before release.
Certified organic and made of 100% Marzemino, this wine from Trentino opens with wild brambly berries, peppercorns and mountain herbs.
