Our Diamond Red Blend is a unique “Sky’s The Limit” kind of blend, created exclusively by taste from the most expressive lots of fruit available each vintage and blended until we discover which selections produce the greatest harmony.
The fruit for the Diamond Red Blend is selected based on flavor and tannin ripeness, and is a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah, Alicante Bouschet, Merlot, and other complementary red varieties. Once the wine is made, a portion is aged on a combination of French and American oak.
37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Petit Verdot, 15.7% Petite Sirah, 15% Alicante Bouschet, 8.3% Merlot, 5% Other aged up to 8 months, French and American oak.
