The wine is a lovely pale pink showing hints of raspberry and strawberry on the nose. On the palate it serves up a blend of citrus and spice flavors that give it just a hint of the exotic - perfect for pairing with just about any dish you can imagine. RED C Rosé is marvelously refreshing on its own, too, served slightly chilled. And that's the beauty of dry rosé: It goes with everything!
This wine is rich, focused with aromas of ripe raspberry, watermelon, florals and marzipan on the nose. The flavors on the palate are strawberry, melon, orange zest, crème brûlée and dried chicory, with a mouthwatering finish. Pair with tuna tartar. -T.P.
