This wine is a beautiful golden colour with fruity aromas such as pineapple, candied fruits, yellow peaches, pears and lemon. The palate has a silky mouthfeel with oppulent ripe fruits complemented by a fresh acidity which stops the sweetness from being cloying.

Crouseilles Description

The sweet wines of the Pyrenean foothills come from the same production area as Madiran, facing the mountains to the South. Pacherenc du Vic Bilh wines are late-harvest Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and Petit Courbu grapes, where the sugars are concentrated from being left to dry on the vine.

In our small and old country (the literal meaning of Vic-Bilh), we are determined and stubborn to produce great wines. With the Pyrenees as our horizon, our large invested family has the vine in its guts. Living from our land, making our country live, is a living testament that our elders have passed on to us. Here, on the borders of Gers, Béarn and Gascony, this is ultimately what sets us apart: a family story.
