Da Pipa Description
The Da Pipa Tinto appears a deep ruby color in the glass. Mixed aromas of red fruits and notes of evolution on the nose lead to a fruity, soft flavor with elegant tannins and good persistence on the palate.
Goes well with Mediterranean, Asian, Indian and African cuisine.
A blend of traditional grape varieties. Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC. Aged for a minimum of 2 months in the bottle.
