Domaine Rolet Macvin du Jura Blanc (750ml)

The Domaine Rolet Macvin du Jura Blanc appears a pale yellow, slightly coppery color color in the glass. The nose delivers aromas of currants, figs and fine floral notes. The wine has a delicious and balanced mouthfeel, allowing the combination of grapes and Marc to shine through.

Perfect for an aperitif, it also goes well with melon, nut ice cream or even in a cocktail with our Crémant.

The AOC decree requires the use of Marc du Jura aged for at least 18 months in oak barrels to produce Macvin. Once incorporated into unfermented grape juice (must), the resulting Macvin must be aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels.

Our Macvin is aged for more than 48 months with destemmed Vieux Marc (aged in oak barrels for more than 6 years) blended with Chardonnay and Savagnin musts.
