This charming wine with notes of white peach, apricot and petit fleur. Sometimes honeyed, it is a beautiful balance between roundness and freshness. This "Nathan" vintage, with its intense aroma and complexity, is already very pleasant to taste. A lovely duel between texture and freshness provides a comforting aspect. The very fine and digestible bitters allow you to project yourself ideally onto a beautiful cuisine with character.

Accompanies poultry and rabbit, fish and shellfish, langoustines, grilled, spiced with curry, accompanied by fresh pasta and a white wine sauce. Don't hesitate to play exotic with a wok of poultry with pineapple, candied pepper and honey.

It is a blend of 50% Roussanne & 50% Marsanne, aged and vinified in oak barrels and sandstone eggs which grow on the alluvial limestone soils to the south of the appellation.
