Domaine des Berioles Description

100% Gamay planted between 1992 and 2006. The grapes are de-stemmed prior to vinification. 8-day ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank, with daily pump-overs and punch-downs. Aged 4-6 months in tank.
