The Elena Walch Pinot Grigio captivates with light straw yellow and fruity notes of ripe pears, white pepper and a bit of sage in the nose. Mineral- salty richness and a crisp acidity are distinctive on the palate. A wine with backbone!

Enjoy as an aperitif, or with pasta dishes, mild cheeses, grilled fish and cheese fondue.

After harvest, the grapes are carefully crushed and pressed. The young wine matures in steel tanks for several months on its fine lees.

A good, complex wine, the leesy character enhancing the citrus and stone fruit with subtle minerality and a whiff of flowers. Vibrant and silky, this is well balanced on the palate with medium body and refreshing acidity.
