Fradiles Description

Antiogu is an intensely red-colored Mandrolisai wine with light garnet reflections, produced by grapes grown in goblets and matured in oak barrels.. It is a wine full of character, with a particular finesse, with inklings of vanilla and spices that do not overwhelm hints of wild berries.

It is an excellent companion of all meat dishes, venison and ripe cheese. To be decanted for optimal degustation.

50% Bovale Sardo (Muristellu), 30% Cannonau, 20% Monica. Maturation follows according to the regulations for the qualification “Superiore”: 12 months in steel containers and 12 months in 500 l. first and second passage tonneau barrels. Refining in bottle for another three months.
