The Francesco Cadinu Perdas Longas Cannonau di Sardegna appears a bright red garnet color in the glass. A complex bouquet with floral and spicy notes (berries, black cherries, prunes, violet, myrtle, licorice) leads to soft tannins on the palate with fresh and harmonious acidity, a full body and long finish.

Pair with red meats, wild meats, aged cheeses and succulent dishes.

100% Cannonau. Spontaneous fermentation without added yeasts. Maturation in chestnut barrels for 14 months and then refining in bottles.

It is an identity wine that most reflects the tradition of our company, it is obtained from a careful selection of our cannonau grapes coming from old vineyards of approximately 70 years located in the countryside of Mamoiada in the “Elisi” and “Perdas Longas” area, the latter, whose meaning is “long stones” (given the large presence of Menhirs in the area) gives rise to the name of our wine.
